We LOVE Kirby’s staff. We use them every-time we go out of town and have the staff stay the night with our two doggos. We always get updates and pictures when we are away and I love that the pups get to stay in their own space when we are gone as opposed to boarding and have someone with them overnight. Highly recommend Kirby’s team!!

Kirby’s Custom Critter Care is the absolute BEST! I freaking love the standard of love and care my pup Mars receives while I’m at work! I work 24hr shifts and let me tell you…I know the care this team gives him is just superb! I receive pictures throughout their visit and Mars looks the absolute happiest! He receives a lovely walk, lots of love and snuggles, and he gets fed! I am just in awe with the level of care he gets thanks to Kirby’s Custom Critter Care and the whole team! We love Kirby’s Custom Critter Care! We have used their overnight pet sitting services twice already and could not be happier! Our two pups are high energy and are not used to being alone for long periods and both stays were amazing and they were very well taken care of. I truly can not recommend Kirby’s Custom Critter Care enough- Kirby goes above and beyond, and that’s an understatement! I have an older, very anxious chihuahua who hates when I have to leave him (major separation anxiety), but Kirby relieved any and all worries and took the absolute best care of my little man- he had such a great experience to the point that by the time I picked him up, I don’t think he was even quite ready to leave yet! He was so comfortable with Kirby and she kept me updated with the cutest photos and videos of their time together. It was a stress free time for both me and my dog thanks to Kirby and the level of service she provides. There’s no doubt that your pet will be in the very best hands at Kirby’s Custom Critter Care!

We have a whole farm full of animals (horses, pigs, dogs, cats, birds, etc) and they were all wonderfully taken care of when we used Kirby’s Custom Critter Care when we were away one weekend. I was hesitant to leave them since there’s a lot of different instructions for the care of so many animals but everything went so smoothly. Sarah was wonderful, she stayed at our farm all weekend and would update me with texts and pics which gave me peace of mind which I greatly appreciated. We will certainly be using Kirby’s Custom Critter Care again!

Thank you for taking such great care of our dogs while we were gone!! Kirby is great and sends so many updates and pictures!! She recently stayed at our house to take care of our dog and my family’s 2 dogs. We knew they were in great hands and didn’t have to worry about them being left alone for hours or stuck in a kennel! I always had trouble finding a reliable dog sitter I felt comfortable with until I tried Kirby’s Critter Care. They honestly send me better updates than my kids daycare does. I love getting pics of my pups mid day. In the past I have had dog sitters who just come over let my dogs out for 2 minutes then leave. But Melissa spends time with them. She is also very kind and will bring packages in for me and even brought my trash cans up to my house after trash pickup. She always gets the best pics of them too! I would recommend them to anyone in need of animal care!

Kirby’s Custom Critter Care is the only form of pet sitting I’ll ever use again!! Kirby takes SUCH great care of my dog, cat and fish. I never have to worry if they are being loved on and cared for. She sends pictures and videos often to ease my mind, and every time, they are so happy and absolutely adore being spoiled by her!! I come back to relaxed pets and don’t feel bad about having to travel often because I know they are in THE BEST hands with Kirby. I used Kirby over the weekend to drop in on my cat while I was out of town on a camping trip. He’s a very needy guy and needs lots of pets and attention. She posted lots of updates so I knew he was doing well. Somehow while I was gone, a large mirror I had hanging fell down and shattered everywhere – Kirby let me know right away as soon as she saw it, and even cleaned it all up for me (An excellent cleaning job too, I might add. If she hadn’t sent a picture I wouldn’t know it was there.). She checked everywhere for my boy and when she couldn’t find him, she came back again to check on him a few hours later since I was traveling back. She has such a heart for animals and took great care of my kitty guy. I will absolutely use her again in the future and always recommend her to someone looking for a pet sitter. There’s no one I would trust more with my pets, or in my home!

I was so happy to find Kirby to watch our dogs. I feel like I hit the jackpot! We were new to the area and were exhausting our options when I got a business card from Kirby. I sent an email he came over to meet us and the dogs and we all liked her right away. I could tell it was a good fit! The dogs rolled right over for belly rubs!
